What Feels Flowy to You?
We all have those uninspired period. These are the times when motivation, spark and drive are non-existent.
I work as a baking blogger, and a big part of the work I do requires creativity, and inspiration.
We work in different fields, and whether or not your work relies on creating something, or offering a service, or selling something, there is a fulfillment when you find value in what you do, whatever it is that you do.
I have to admit, sometimes, I wish I was doing something else. I wish I was doing something more “important” than developing recipes, taking food photos and sharing them to the world. In short, there are times when I don’t feel the value of my work.

Find the Things that Feel Flowy to You
One day, an ai generated video came across my feed. I stopped scrolling. Then one more of its kind showed up, then another, then another.
I may not be the biggest fan of AI content right now, but somehow those videos feel home to me.
A young woman baking pie inside her cozy home. An old couple closing their bakeshop for the day. A woman cozying up with a book and a warm blanket in the couch while it is snowing outside. Baking cinnamon rolls just because. Hot chocolate just because.
These things feel flowy to me. And I remember why I love baking so much. It feels flowy.
Writing feels flowy. A cup of tea. Reading a book. Singing. Yoga. All flowy.
Then I remember, I pursued baking and writing as a job not because I find the value in them, but because they feel flowy to me.
And more often, that is enough.
What Feels Flowy to You?
So take this as an invitation to lean in to the things that make you forget about the things in your mind.
If you are feeling stuck somewhere, remember that some things do not have to make sense in your mind. They just need to feel right in your soul.
What feels flowy to you? Pursue them. And the rest of the things will fall into place, more often than not.
If nothing is going right, flow. Find the things that bring you joy, no matter how small. They will always lead your heart to the right place.
