The Power of Little Things
It is not always the big and mighty things that deserve the credit. Sometimes, a slight gesture or even the simplest and ordinary things make the most positive difference to any situation. We often go looking for something grand to make us happy, but we forget that there is magic in the simple and ordinary. Let us not forget the power of little things.

It doesn’t take much to make me laugh, yet I am also not one to crack a joke in front of a crowd. I take pleasure in all the little things, like that moment when my tween daughter took my outstretched hand while we were walking in the park. Or when I see that there’s new episodes of my favorite shows for me to binge watch.
An oatmeal breakfast is a joy. And so is sniffing, tickling and kissing my newly bathed kids. Last but not the least, a movie on a Friday night with some chips or chicken wings with my husband may just be the highlight of all my weekdays!
