What are Your Intentions for the Year 2026?
What are your intentions for the Year 2026?

This year, I want to lean into Connection.
To cultivate connection not only with other people ( although I desire that too), but most importantly with the people in my family.
My husband. My kids. My parents. Siblings.
For being there doesn’t automatically means being present. And Connection is something that is intentional- a desire to connect. To know more. Or to be just there and really “see” the other person.
My kids are growing. And I realized that, to see them for who they are, and to really listen to what they have to say about anything, is important now more than ever.
This year, I desire connection with people outside my home. Old and new. To go out more. To know more about someone and to share a piece of myself.
I want to open my doors again. Or rather, let the barriers of my own insecurity, pride and perfectionism fall away. It is okay to be me.
This year is the year that I become more intentional about filling my cup first.
First thing everyday, I ground, reconnect and center. This will be key to becoming fully present and ready for connection with my family, my job , and my business.
This year is a year of connection and mindfulness, but also of fun, joy, expansion and abundance.
This intention is not something I picked out of the blue, but rather it is borne out of my current life circumstances. Seeing my kids growing faster than what I am ready for. Experiencing how they are becoming their own person-all with their own personalities, struggles and need for expression.
Each one with the need to feel seen. On top of that, life will be busy. But this year, I move away from living days of to do list into a days of intention, priorities and joy.
How About You?
May this be an inspiration for you to pause and reflect on what this year will mean to you.
Write away in an email back to me. In the comment below. Or in your journal. In your memo app. Just write it down. Writing your intentions sets them in motion. And seals your will of living them out.
Warm love to you.
