This list is a short but mighty list that has the potential to infuse you with positive energy in the morning. If you have Bluetooth earphones, you can watch or listen to any of these contents when you have a short free time, preferably in the morning.
I pop my earphones in the bathroom while I brush my teeth and do my skincare, and since these contents are at least 5 minutes in length, they are perfect as a background while doing mini and quick tasks. While I cannot control what comes up on any given day, at least I have secured a positive start that I can carry with me all day long. A little goes a long way.
