Here are my reasons why I love working out at home instead of going to the gym.

A Little Tip for Choosing Your Workout Channel
Note that finding what sort of physical activity that you love is a major key that determines which app, platform or YouTube instructor you are gonna choose to follow. Do you enjoy a yoga style of workout? Pilates? HIIT? Are you more of a cardio person?
Also, your preference will come to play when choosing a workout channel. You will find a LOT of programs, instructors and types of work out. You will naturally gravitate towards the ones that speak to you, your values and your style. But of course, this will mean you have to start trying now.
I look forward to my home workouts each morning. It has been a journey to arrive at the type of workouts I love now. And with curiosity and passion, I am sure you will find yours too.
