Hello! I am Sanna and welcome to Oh Little Joys. I took my 200 Yoga Teacher Training after over ten years of personal yoga practice.

I sought yoga to experience the physical benefits. I didn’t know about the philosophy, the teachings and all other aspects of it. Back then I was pregnant, and my back pain was so intense. My understanding of Yoga is that is a specialized form of stretching and moving that will not make me ran out of breath. Little did I know that from there, my love and fondness for Yoga will evolve and deepen.

As years go by, I learned that Yoga does not only heal me physically but it also touches something within me, creating an internal shift that I cannot even explain.

It is the way I feel calmer after I practice. It is the way I notice that my racing thoughts are actually,, just thoughts. It is the way I remember that everything is okay. I learned to be quiet in my mind, to be calm in my thoughts and to be present in my body.

Yoga has a way of guiding me back to a perspective of life that is beautiful, abundant and radiant!

My Dream

I aim to inspire people to tap into a peaceful, joyful and abundant life that is available to them when they align with the version of themselves that is free from overthinking, feelings of unworthiness and scarcity.

My desire is to help you experience a life of ease, clarity and presence one movement, one breath and one mindful moment at a time.

More About Me

Some of you might know me from my other blog, Woman Scribbles. Yes, I am that baker girl, the mom, the wife and the yoga lover who bakes, writes and shoot food photos.

My Family

I live in Canada with my husband and three kids. I work full time as a food blogger over at Woman Scribbles and I also do freelance food photography and recipe development for clients.

Yoga is part of my daily routine. I love to read books. I do love music, and of course, I bake a lot for the blog and for fun. In summers, we go out camping a lot. As I grow older, I am learning to love nature, the outdoors, the sun shining, grass on my feet and the cold wind on my cheeks. I realized that nature is the Universe’s way of telling us how much we are loved.

I hope you to connect and hear from you!
